Books and Cookies


I can now cross two flavors off my macaron baking list: blackberry and green tea. I am more than thrilled with how the two new flavors turned out; the blackberry is light and tangy while the green tea is bitter with earthy notes. Both sandwiched between feather light almond-y cookies, they are pure heaven!

On another note, two of my recent book purchases just arrived from Amazon!
