Neons and Neutrals

Sounds like an oxymoron, but neons and neutrals have across the board been the color scheme of Spring 2012 RTW. Bright sunny yellows, powdered pastels, and feminine nudes have been layered together creating a fresh effortless young look for spring. As for accessories, models have been spotted strutting the catwalks in metallic pumps. clutch in hand (no more cross body bag next year?), and adorned with color block belts.

I have been avidly watching runway show after another over the past few days (I'm sure you all know, it's NY Fashion Week), and I am more than ever excited to start shopping for spring! Forget fall, lets just skip ahead the next few months all the way into spring. My favorite collections so far have been Luca Luca and Jill Stuart.
